These terms apply to hr.vonas-media.com, the site Vonas Media uses to receive job applications, run skill tests and schedule interview calls. By applying through this site you agree to them.

What this site is for

Applying for a role at Vonas Media. It is free to use, and it is only for people applying to us. It is not a job board and it does not forward your application to other companies.

What we ask of you

  • Give accurate information. Work you submit as your own should be your own.
  • Only upload files you have the right to share, such as your own CV and portfolio.
  • Apply for yourself. Do not submit an application on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other applicants' information, or submit automated applications in bulk.

Applications that appear fraudulent or automated may be removed without notice.

Your work stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you submit, including your CV, portfolio and skill test work. You give us permission to store and review it for the purpose of assessing your application, and nothing more. We do not publish it, and we do not use it commercially.

No guarantee of employment

Submitting an application, completing a skill test or booking a call does not create an offer, a contract, or any promise of work. We may close a role, change its requirements, or decide not to hire at any point. Any actual engagement would be covered by a separate written agreement.

Interview calls

If you book a call, please turn up or let us know in advance if you cannot. Times are shown in Philippine time. We may reschedule or cancel a call if something comes up, and we will tell you by email if we do.

Availability

We aim to keep the site working, but it is provided as is. It may be unavailable for maintenance or because something has broken. If you hit a problem partway through an application, your progress is saved, and you can email us and we will sort it out.

Your information

How we handle what you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page.
